Ember doesn't have one address. It has a season. Each year Ember, Connecticut's first mobile restaurant, sets up at farms, orchards, breweries, and distilleries across Connecticut, building a new live fire menu around whatever's growing, blooming, or in season at that stop. Every date below is a different setting, a different menu, and a limited number of seats.
